Mental, Emotional and Physical disorders always have a message to be discovered.
Shaping these into a self-determined life , that is my mission as a therapist and coach.
In the framework of my work with pain patients, I became aware very early on that the psychosocial stresses and their processing have a high proportion of the perception and management of pain.
Every behavior is a consequence of inner experience. As well as problematic behavior is always the best solution of unconscious conflicts, which no client is keen to know.
In order for a person to remain mentally healthy in the long term, he also needs for himself an appropriate resonance and assertiveness in his life context. For this it is important for people to find out the human and content-related environments that fit their own personality and to reach their development and effectiveness in this environment. This is about the so-called comprehensibility and manageability of life and its implicit and explicit "rules". This concerns both one's own organization of work and one's private conduct of life.
What brings people to me?
These are the main points.
- Dissatisfaction / Emotionlessness
- Uncertainty / Helplessness
- Self-exploration / Self-development
- States of exhaustion
- Who am I actually?
- What do I really want in life?
- Why do I feel so empty?
- What steers me?
- When am I proud of myself?
- What can I not live without?
- Why do I feel sick all the time?
- Why am I afraid of death ?
And much more.
Causal research is not always goal-oriented, and neither is giving tips. For me, insight and understanding are also no guarantees for successful coaching.
Change only happens through emotions and the unconscious. So I go in search of emotions that are stuck somewhere, blocked, repressed or avoided. They are usually the cause of entanglements.
"It must feel good, so that it works".
