In the framework of my work with pain patients, I became aware very early on that the psychosocial stresses and their processing have a high proportion of the perception and management of pain.
Every behavior is a consequence of inner experience. As well as problematic behavior is always the best solution of unconscious conflicts, which no client is keen to know.
In order for a person to remain mentally healthy in the long term, he also needs for himself an appropriate resonance and assertiveness in his life context. For this it is important for people to find out the human and content-related environments that fit their own personality and to reach their development and effectiveness in this environment. This is about the so-called comprehensibility and manageability of life and its implicit and explicit "rules". This concerns both one's own organization of work and one's private conduct of life.

Causal research is not always goal-oriented, and neither is giving tips. For me, insight and understanding are also no guarantees for successful coaching.
Change only happens through emotions and the unconscious. So I go in search of emotions that are stuck somewhere, blocked, repressed or avoided. They are usually the cause of entanglements.
