Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Mentally Exhausted?
Emotionally Empty?
Physically Weakened?

Mental, Emotional and Physical disorders always have a message to be discovered.

It is not the circumstances that determine man's happiness, but his ability to cope with the circumstances.

Shaping these into a self-determined life , that is my mission as a therapist and coach. My understanding of the well-being of people is based on psychological, physical, emotional and social level and thus represents the basis of my work.

In the framework of my work with pain patients, I became aware very early on that the psychosocial stresses and their processing have a high proportion of the perception and management of pain.

Even after the pain was reduced or even eliminated, many patients with their mental problems stayed with me to be coached by me.

One of my central qualities is to feel my way into other people, to discover the entanglements of one's own coping, to find stressful emotions, the hopelessness.

I have learned many methods over the years, but I do not follow any standard. I use many possibilities to find a suitable way for the person.

I do not try to create a person suitable for a method, I use all methods suitable for the person:

A method is only as good as its user.

For me, there is no such thing as having the right way ready, or the right method. Just as Less as there are quick solutions. There may be quick changes that one perceives, but one cannot speak of final results.

Every behavior is a consequence of inner experience. As well as problematic behavior is always the best solution of unconscious conflicts, which no client is keen to know.

In order for a person to remain mentally healthy in the long term, he also needs for himself an appropriate resonance and assertiveness in his life context. For this it is important for people to find out the human and content-related environments that fit their own personality and to reach their development and effectiveness in this environment. This is about the so-called comprehensibility and manageability of life and its implicit and explicit "rules". This concerns both one's own organization of work and one's private conduct of life.

What brings people to me?

These are the four main points.

  • Dissatisfaction / Emotionlessness
  • Uncertainty / Helplessness
  • Self-exploration / Self-development
  • States of exhaustion

Questions Like

  • Who am I actually?
  • What do I really want in life?
  • Why do I feel so empty?
  • What steers me?
  • When am I proud of myself?
  • What can I not live without?
  • Why do I feel sick all the time?
  • Why am I afraid of death ?

And much more.

Causal research is not always goal-oriented, and neither is giving tips. For me, insight and understanding are also no guarantees for successful coaching.

Change only happens through emotions and the unconscious. Purely rational comprehension is not enough. So I go in search of emotions that are stuck somewhere, blocked, repressed or avoided. They are usually the cause of entanglements.

In my almost 30 years of experience, I have first tried to regulate everything through the rational mind and have paid only incidental attention to the emotions.

But now they are my main focus.

"It must feel good, so that it works".

Unconscious contents elude rational analysis. That's why it's critical in effective coaching that the client emotionally recognize the source of their behavior.

Effective coaching must get under the skin. For this, a fine mind, emotional analytical wisdom, as well as a targeted and well-dosed empathy is necessary.
