As a Physiotherapist ,Health & Life Coach, I address key areas, with topics branching out into other categories and almost always overlapping.

I am very selective about who I work with. I only work with people who really want to work on changing their lives.
I work caringly but also intensively with my clients. I only work with a certain number of clients over a certain period of time in order to be able to do justice to them. Therefore, there can be waiting times until you get a coaching place.
The duration of a coaching is always individual and depends on many factors.

Single sessions or coaching programme can only be booked after a Pre-Interview

After a first pre conversation about online calendar "single sessions" to book.Single sessions make sense,
- if you are already relatively clear and aware of what you need or want to achieve in one session
- if you have completed a 3 month coaching program with me
- we already know each other and need only short assistance
After a first pre conversation you will receive your coaching appointments from me- Regular assignments for self-reflection
- Between sessions I will check in regularly for support and follow-up via messaging or phone
- Questions for acute challenges via messenger or phone possible (answer within 24 hours)
You will be coached only by me , no assistant coaches

In a Pre Conversation we look together at where you are currently in your life and what goal you are pursuing. Or which would be suitable for you.
After I have made a recommendation which coaching would make sense for you, you have time to decide on a booking.
Once you have decided on a single session, you can book an appointment in the online calendar and pay directly online.
If you have chosen a coaching program, after receiving the first payment (by invoice), you will be sent the dates for the coming months.
